About Paradigm Consulting Solutions

Paradigm Consulting Solutions is an institutional leadership advisory firm working with executive leaders and leadership teams on complex organizational challenges involving leadership, alignment, accountability, culture, organizational effectiveness, and execution.

The Firm

Paradigm provides rigorous, independent advisory to leaders navigating organizational challenges that extend beyond a single function. We work with mid-sized, mission-driven, public-serving, growth-stage, and complex organizations where leadership decisions shape institutional performance and direction.

Paradigm is building a strong presence in Dallas-Fort Worth and North Texas while serving organizations beyond the region. Our work is defined not by geography, but by the nature and complexity of the challenge.

What We Are

Our work sits at the intersection of executive leadership and organizational systems — where decisions, accountability, culture, structure, people, and execution converge.

Paradigm is not a traditional HR consultancy, coaching practice, or staffing firm. We advise leaders on the organizational conditions that determine whether strategy becomes execution and whether institutions perform, align, and endure.

Dawn L. Beasley

Founder & Executive Advisor

Dawn L. Beasley founded Paradigm Consulting Solutions to bring precise, independent advisory to executive leaders confronting organizational challenges that affect performance, execution, and institutional strength. She brings nearly two decades of leadership experience across healthcare, legal services, nonprofit, and municipal-government environments, with deep experience spanning organizational strategy, workforce leadership, operations, governance, and institutional effectiveness.

Her work has centered on how organizations actually function — how decisions are made, authority is exercised, accountability is established, resources and people are aligned, and leadership direction becomes operating reality. That cross-sector experience informs Paradigm's approach to identifying what is impeding performance, clarifying what leadership must resolve, and strengthening the organizational conditions required to execute.

The Alignment Test

10 Questions That Reveal Whether Your Organization Is Actually Ready to Execute

Leadership teams can agree on a priority and still leave the room with different assumptions about what it means, what takes precedence, who owns what, and what must change. The Alignment Test is a practical executive brief designed to surface those differences before the organization is asked to execute.
